  • what are the benefits of cbd?

    • CBD has been used for thousands of years but has only recently been getting the attention it deserves. Prior to 2018, the legal classification of hemp and its derivatives under the Controlled Substances Act made it challenging for researchers to fully investigate how CBD works with the human body. Both anecdotal and preliminary scientific research point to CBD having anti-inflammatory properties and the potential to help relieve chronic pain. It’s an excellent addition to your recovery repertoire.
